The Scope of Our Relationship
We provide tools and training to manage your Google Business Profile, track map pack rankings, and audit NAP consistency. We give you the data. You execute the strategy. We don’t guarantee a number one spot in the local finder. Nobody can guarantee that.
Google changes its proximity signals and review velocity thresholds constantly.
We provide the radar. You fly the plane. If you expect a magic button that overrides a competitor with ten years of aged citations and five hundred authentic reviews, you’re in the wrong place. We build software for operators who understand the daily grind of local search.
Account Security and Access
When you create an account, you must provide real information. Fake names and burner emails get deleted. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure. Don’t share your login credentials with fifteen different offshore freelancers. We track simultaneous logins across different IP addresses. We lock your account if we detect abuse.
You connect your Google Business Profile via our API. We read your location data to generate reports. We process the data, display your metrics, keep it secure. We never alter your live listing without your direct input. You retain full ownership of your business data.
Intellectual Property
Everything we publish belongs to us. We spent years testing citation building methods. We broke down GBP Q&A optimization. We wrote the code that powers our local rank tracker. You can’t scrape our site. You can’t copy our guides and sell them as your own agency SOPs.

Payments and Cancellations
We charge your credit card on a monthly or annual basis. You pay upfront for the service. You can cancel your subscription at any time inside your account dashboard. We don’t hide the cancel button behind a phone call or a support ticket. You click it, you confirm it, you’re done.
We don’t offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel on the fourth day of your billing cycle, you retain access until the end of that cycle. We don’t issue refunds because you forgot you had an active subscription.
The Reality of Local Search
Local SEO is volatile. A competitor opens across the street. Google updates the core algorithm. A disgruntled customer leaves a one-star review. Rankings fluctuate daily.
Because of this reality, we provide our software and content “as is.” We make no warranties about specific financial outcomes. If you use our bulk post scheduler and Google flags your account for spam, that falls on you. We give you the guidelines. We show you what works for our agency clients. You assume the risk of implementation.
We don’t warrant that our service will be completely error-free. APIs go down. Google changes an endpoint without warning. Our review monitor stops syncing for forty-eight hours. We fix it fast. We don’t owe you for lost business during that downtime.
Limitation of Liability
Things break in software. We accept responsibility for fixing our code. We don’t accept responsibility for your business revenue.
Under no circumstances will localseosoftwareservice.com or its operators be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We aren’t responsible for lost profits, lost data, or suspended Google profiles. Your maximum financial remedy against us is the amount you paid us in the last thirty days.
Affiliate Links and Third-Party Tools
We recommend specific citation aggregators, proxy services, and keyword research tools. Sometimes we use affiliate links. If you click one and buy the tool, we earn a small commission. This helps fund
